Do These 5 Things For Yourself

There will alway be problems to solve. There will be challenges to overcome, fears to fight through, and annoyances to push past. That’s life, but only part of it. A necessary part, but probably not the most important part. 

What brings you joy? Do more of that.

What are you uniquely great at? Do more of that.

What refreshes you? Do more of that.

What fulfills you? Do more of that.

What invigorates you? Do more of that.

Remember to give yourself what you need and make sure you do it on purpose.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
