Create a mindset of production over perfection

Culture is like life: always evolving and never perfect. The full spectrum of experiences found in life will inevitably find their way into your culture. Do your work with the motto, “We will create or be exposed to all of it, so we better be ready.”

Culture experiences aren’t all great. They’re frequently a struggle and sometimes painful. Culture experiences aren’t all exciting. They’re mostly repetitive and sometimes boring. Culture experiences aren’t always what you want. They are just what’s required given who you are and where you are.

Culture is not an ideal state of perfection. It is an ongoing effort of production.

Do the work.
