How clear are your responsibilities?

Clarity of responsibilities goes a long way to determine quality and commitment of action. Answer these six questions for your priority environments.

  1. What needs to be done to accomplish the mission?
  2. What is my contribution?
  3. What depends/relies on me?
  4. What do I depend/rely on?
  5. Do I want responsibility for ultimate success or failure?
  6. Do I accept that responsibility?

When you’re clear and confident in your responsibilities, it’s obvious in your action. When you’re not, it’s obvious too.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
