How solitude can make you stronger

Solitude and reflection open the door to explore your inner world. Eventually, that exploration leads you to consider your unlived lives.

Things you could have done. Things you wish we'd done. Paths you could have taken. Places you could have gone. Ways your life could have been.

There is no way to escape thinking about your unlived lives. The discipline is to explore them for value without getting lost in them. Those thoughts are there for a reason.

If you get lost in visions of your unlived lives, then there's something within yourself worth investigating and resolving. Something about your path, your patterns, your choices, or your purpose.

There are things in your inner world affecting you that you don't understand well enough. Other things you aren't even aware of and don't understand at all. Solitude and reflection will help you open that door and explore what is worth discovering about yourself.

Brick by brick. Do the work.
