Learning is one thing, continuing to improve after early success or failure is another. Successful attempts and failed efforts give equal value to the disciplined observer and almost no value to those who drift into default.

Once you’re doing, the most proven and reliable way to get better is to keep doing it a lot. There’s no magic to improvement. Just simple mechanics. Execute. Observe. Adjust. Execute again. As much as you can, as often as you can, as long as you’re willing.

Do the work.
