Think of vulnerability on a spectrum between 0% - 100%.

100% vulnerable is intense and revealing.
0% vulnerable is closed off and shut down.

Only you choose your level of vulnerability in any context and with whom you get vulnerable. Still, you will operate somewhere on the spectrum across every aspect of your life, experiences, and interactions, including your relationship with yourself. 

Read through this list and ask yourself, "Which direction on the spectrum of vulnerability do I need to go if I want any of these to increase and improve?"
