A rare value hidden in an old commodity

Knowledge doesn’t make the person. Knowing but not doing is a core competence for an uncomfortable percentage of grown adults. I don’t care too much what you know. I care a lot about what you can do and do well. Let’s test for skill in real environments.

Knowing has never been cheaper and more of a commodity. Doing is still rare and valuable, as it always has been, because it demands a price few are willing to pay. Stepping up, taking risk, and facing consequences is what makes the person. The rest is just talk.

Do the work.
