Belief - Day 3: Expressed or hidden?

As you work to align belief and behavior, whether in yourself or in people you lead, part of that effort includes expressing what beliefs are driving you and not hiding them. Expressing beliefs doesn’t mean they are right or effective or valid, it just means you’re putting them on the table for yourself and others to understand.

Hidden beliefs lead to hidden agendas, false assumptions, dysfunction, and disconnection. Expressing your beliefs through your attitude, action, and words forces you to articulate and own your driving factors. It creates confidence in your chosen, foundational beliefs and self-awareness of your absorbed, situational beliefs.

Do the work.
