Demand is high, but supply is low.

The demand for excellence is always higher than the supply.

Every coach running a team wants more excellence. Every leader running a business wants more excellence. Every administrator and teacher in a school wants more excellence.

Everyone everywhere wants people who provide and produce excellence. There are more places that need excellence than there are people willing to provide it.

The need, the demand, is high. But the supply, the people willing to do it, is low.
Remember that when you set your standards. Think about it as you choose how to live. Consider it when you go to work, school, or your team.

Everyone with leadership and decision-making power is looking for excellence. If you provide it, if you show it, they are going to find you. But if you don’t, they’ll skip right over you and keep looking.

Excellence is always in demand and never goes out of style. There is always a need for more of it.

Event + Response = Outcome. Do the work.
