What you believe drives how you behave. But our driving beliefs are difficult to uncover. They hide and conceal themselves deep in our minds and hearts, preferring to be backstage operators not center stage stars. I’m going to begin a series of connected messages for the next week or so to shine some light on our beliefs.
For now, ask yourself these questions and we’ll begin tomorrow . . .
What do you believe? How does those beliefs make you better? How do they hurt you? How do they affect other people? Why do you believe what you believe?
Do the work.
