Do hard things

I could open this message with a story to ease you in. I could lay out a case to convince you before I hit you with the punchline. But I won’t.

Do hard things. Do them intentionally. Do them purposefully. Do them skillfully. Do them constantly.

Do not be the person who wants life to be easy. Be the person who wants life to be real and worth every exhausting effort. Do not look for easy, follow easy, or get sold on easy. Look for what’s simple, follow what’s true, and get sold on the value of doing hard things.

Do the work.
