Just because people can change doesn’t mean a person will change. Just because a person hasn’t changed doesn’t mean people can’t change.

If someone is going to change, genuinely and meaningfully, they have to personally see the value and feel the need to change. No one else can do that for them.

It doesn’t matter how much other people see the need. It doesn’t have much impact when other people explain the value.

A person needs to see it and feel it themselves. When they do, their ability to change becomes activated.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
