Stimulate your growth with . . . doubt?

Choose to do things that present doubt, fear, and uncertainty into your mind.

It’s not enough to let life bring these to your doorstep. It’s too easy to twist that into a victim story.

“Poor me. Look at my bad luck. This is so unfair.”

Instead, do things on purpose that trigger:

  • Doubt: “Am I still capable of getting in the best shape of my life?”
  • Fear: “I haven’t told anyone, but I’m so intimidated by the amount of work it will take.”
  • Uncertainty: “I feel lost, unsure what to do or where to even start.”

Think of it as an intentional workout to strengthen your discipline for the uncertainties you can’t control.
