Stuck on-autopilot — we all face it, we all fight it.

Falling into a pattern of unintentional behavior is easy enough. What’s makes it worse is how unaware you are when it happens. A little impulse here. A little resistance there. Next thing you know, self-awareness slacks and autopilot takes over.

I cannot tell you how easy it is for good people to fall into this unintentional pattern. I might not need to tell you. Maybe you already know what it looks like. Maybe you know what it feels like.

We all face it. We all fight it. Wake up each day renewed to be exactly who you decide to be and do exactly what you decide to do. Think on-purpose, not on-autopilot. Choose action with intention, don’t follow every impulse. Let nothing stand in your way. Especially not your autopilot self.

Do the work.
