It sure feels good when someone believes in you. It’s energizing. You can’t stop the feeling. Sure, that energy can be a little nervous because of the expectations but mostly it’s encouraging.

Someone recognizes you as worthy of attention, investment, and value. Someone sees qualities and capabilities in you that aren’t obvious to everyone else. A future version of you waiting to be formed on your existing foundation.
