The choices you make when you wake up set a direction and tone that start your day with momentum. Make three choices in the first 30 minutes after you wake up.

  • Will I begin today on autopilot or will I make my own choices?
  • Do I have the energy and emotion I need or do I need to create it?
  • Will I live as my best today or will I accept less?

The first 30 minutes matter. It’s easy to stay in the fog and fall into a mindless pattern. If that’s you, break the pattern. If it’s not, accelerate yourself into positive momentum.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
