Yesterday, I did a livestream on my YouTube channel: 5 Simple Ways I Bring Discipline to My Diet. If you’d like to hear more, you can watch it any time on my YouTube channel. Here’s what I shared.

  1. I make every decision with a clear purpose. No autopilot, mindless choices. I declare my reasons and objectives for what I eat and drink, even when it’s purely for pleasure and fun.
  2. I minimize or eliminate as many decisions as I can. I want to make the fewest choices I can. The more choices I have to debate, the more opportunities I’ll breakdown.
  3. I separate my needs from my wants. I don’t need much, even when I want a lot.
  4. I don’t make obvious mistakes. They’re easy to identify and simple to avoid.
  5. I make one decision at a time. No energy spent thinking about sustaining.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
