At 9:32am yesterday, my teammate Brent text me, “The people have spoken, let’s build this.”
He was right. Nearly 1,000 of you have expressed interest so far in a Daily Discipline Community course on confidence. Incredible response.
Some of you want to strengthen confidence in yourself. Some of you want to strengthen confidence in others—your staff, your teams, your students, your children. Many of you want both.
There’s a fascinating relationship between your confidence and your ability to instill confidence in others.
The stronger your confidence gets, the better you can build it in others. The better you get at building confidence in others, the better you get at strengthening it in yourself. It creates a powerful positive feedback loop. The kind that transforms you and the people around you.
So, we’re going to build this course on confidence. And I want your help customizing it to serve your priorities and meet your needs.
If you’re interested, here’s what you can do starting today:
- Join the Daily Discipline Community if you haven’t. Free to join.
- Post any and all of your questions about confidence HERE. What you’d like to know. What you’re trying to solve. What you’re confused about. What you struggle with. What you see others struggle with. What you’ve tried that hasn’t worked. Nothing is off limits.
Your input, questions, and feedback will help me aim this course to hit the right target.
My responsibility is to teach the true mechanics of confidence in a simple, usable system. Your responsibility is to share your experiences and challenges. The more honest you are about your struggles and gaps, the better this course will serve you and the people in your life.
You have spoken. Now let’s build what you need.
Event + Response = Outcome. Do the work.
