This week’s challenge is . . .

I have a challenge for you this week. It's not complex. All it takes is one decision backed with action. You'll have the opportunity each day this week, but it's entirely up to you whether you use those opportunities to step up or back down.

Here's the challenge: do one legitimately uncomfortable thing for you every day this week.

Keep it simple. Don't overthink it. The discomfort you choose can be mental, emotional, physical, relational, or anything else that creates genuine discomfort for you. It can be aimed at something productive, like having a conversation you've been avoiding, or symbolic, showering entirely in cold water each day.

Why would you embrace this challenge?

To raise your awareness, test your discipline, and grow your confidence around your relationship with discomfort.

Discomfort is out there this week. Stay aware of the decisions you make.

The time is now. Do the work.
