Time isn’t lost or found. Time is used.

  1. First things first. Where not to use your time. Make it a felony for yourself to watch no more than four hours of TV a week.
  2. Write down five skills you’ve personally always wanted to have. Choose the one that sounds the most fun. Schedule one uninterrupted hour to practice it every day.
  3. Walk outside for 30 minutes during the day, alone, with no music or technology.
  4. Schedule two 15 minute sessions daily to write to yourself. Write down ideas, plans, regrets, forgiveness, notes to your family, thoughts you’ve never expressed. Write anything.
  5. Make one massive and immediate transformation for your health. Stop drinking. Eliminate sugar or carbs. Do a fast. Work out more and harder than you ever have. Pick a good one for you and go all-in.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
