I turned 40 years old today. I’m filled with gratitude for every day I’ve been blessed to walk this earth.
If I’m disclosing in full honesty with you, I never pictured myself at this age. I could never see it. Now that I’m here and it’s real, it doesn’t seem real. I feel as young as I’ve ever felt. I feel as driven and full of life as I did at 20. Maybe more.
I’m grateful for you. I spend a significant amount of my life pouring into these notes each day. I do it because you are here. Because you choose to share your previous time, your life, here with me. Nothing could be more sacred.
Thank you for allowing my time, my life, to meet yours. You are special to me and you add meaning to my life. On my birthday, you are who I celebrate because of what you mean to me.
