Routine keeps us grounded. But too much routine turns into burnout. Occasional but regular separation from the normal routine is a productive disruption.

Getting away from the expectations and out of the routine can inject new life. Even just for a day or two.
Slow down to see something beautiful. Get enough downtime and distance to let your mind release. Your mind is a muscle. It needs rest, recovery, and refueling.
Everything is training for something. Do the work.
