All work requires confidence or courage.

Confidence is the product of believing in yourself, your abilities, and the likelihood of positive results. When that belief is hard to generate or missing entirely, we feel doubt rather than confidence.

That's when you lean on courage.

You don't need confidence to take action. You'd like confidence, but you don't need it.

Courage moves you to productive action, and in the absence of confidence, it's the only thing that will.

The time is now. Do the work.
