Here we focus on individual experience, execution, and performance. The other side of my business is team performance. I train and install incredibly powerful and productive systems for leadership, culture, and behavior skills in teams and companies.

One of the hardest things I help teams do is unite and align people despite their differences. That’s not just a culture issue on a team, it’s a culture issue in our communities and our countries.

We are different. Not just as individuals but also across the groups we associate with. Our preferences aren’t the same. Neither are our likes and dislikes, our values and standards, our experiences and opinions.

We are different. We don’t need to be the same. You don’t want to be and neither do people who are different from you. It’s ok to like something when someone else doesn’t. It’s ok to not value something as much as someone else does.

We are different. It’s ok to acknowledge and accept that because we are also similar in so many ways. I humbly suggest the things that bond us are more powerful than the things that separate us. Personal responsibility tells me that finding a reason to bond rather than separate always starts with me.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
