Creating happiness: clarity first, then action

Yesterday I asked the question: what is necessary for you to be happy and live a happy life? Today is the second, equally important, half of answering that question.

  1. Do you have what’s necessary for you to be happy?
  2. If no, why not?
  3. If yes, why complain?

Happiness is either a pursuit in action or a trait in possession. It’s something you do or something you carry with you.

Clarify it. Create it. Maintain it. Appreciate it.

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
