Daily choices that expose misalignment

You feed your body every day. If you feed it well, with good things, your body thrives. If you starve it or feed it poorly, your body deteriorates. You and only you decide what you feed your body.

You feed your internal alignment or misalignment, too. You and only you determine which one you feed.

The more you feed misaligned impulses, thoughts, and actions, the more misaligned you get. The more you starve misalignment, the more aligned you get. You train your impulses, thoughts, and actions to respect alignment.

The more impulses, thoughts, and actions you feed that are aligned with your highest priorities, the more aligned you become.

You can’t feed everything. You must decide what to feed and what to starve.

Brick by brick. Do the work.
