If you want to bring more positivity into your life, you can stop spending time with anyone who gossips about other people and complains about their life.
If you want to get more things done, you can stay up one hour later and get up one hour earlier.
These examples may or may not be right for you. You certainly don’t have to do any of these. But knowing you can do them is important. Search for applications that fit you and your life.
