Goal setting is valuable, but overrated

The most clearly defined goal has never produced a result. Only action produces results. Don’t make the common mistake of putting more energy into goal creation than the action that would achieve them.

Make your goals simple, clear, and obvious. Make your action intentional, on-purpose, and skillful. The goal is "I want". The action is "I work".

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
