How do you negatively label yourself?

When you drift into default-mode (impulsive, on-autopilot, resistant), don’t judge yourself for it.

The parts of you that react emotionally, run on old habit, and resist doing necessary work don’t need to be labeled negatively.

Just acknowledge that they don’t work for what you want, make a new choice, and move forward. Simple as that.

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
