How Do You Recognize The Need To Change?

Maybe because human beings crave predictability or perhaps because our brains are almost exclusively dependent on following patterns, but it’s tough for a lot of people to accept the need for personal change, let alone actually make it happen.

There’s just so much that gets in the way, mainly mentally and emotionally.

But when you look through a detached lens, like when you observe someone you don’t know, or through a caring lens, like when you observe someone you love, the need for personal change can be glaringly obvious. At least to everyone but the person being observed.

How can the need for someone else to change be so clearly apparent to you and so unapparent to that person?

Well let’s flip that question and find out what we learn.

I think that’s an important question to ponder today.
