How to instantly boost self-discipline

Responsibility and discipline are interdependent. For one to be strong, both must be strong. Healthy responsibility requires firm discipline. Firm discipline demands healthy responsibility. Each uses the other to initiate and maximize itself.

Lack of discipline is the absence of responsibility. We find it difficult to apply discipline when we don't feel a strong sense of responsibility.

Low responsibility is the absence of discipline. When we avoid discipline, we abandon our responsibilities.

For either to rise, both must rise. When one suffers, both suffer. To improve both, start improving one.

Start with responsibility. Start with discipline. Choose your preference. It doesn't matter where our effort begins, only that our effort begins.

The time is now. Do the work.
