Is fear saving your life or destroying it?

The irony of our fears is how often they lead us away from what we want and toward what we fear.

Fear of failure gets in the way of success.
Fear of being judged gets in the way of being understood.
Fear of rejection gets in the way of connection.
Fear of mistakes gets in the way of progress.
Fear of losing gets in the way of winning.
Fear of criticism gets in the way of credibility.
Fear of change gets in the way of comfort.
Fear of inadequacy gets in the way of significance.
Fear of death gets in the way of life.

Fear can be a healthy boundary that protects you or an unhealthy prison that prevents you from achieving excellence and fulfillment.

The disciplined person distinguishes fears that enhance the quality of their life from those that diminish the quality of their life.

Answer the call. Do the work.
