For most of history, knowledge was power because it was scarce. It’s not scarce anymore. It’s everywhere. When knowledge is abundant like it is now, it’s not unique, and not particularly powerful.

What you do means more than what you know. What you do well means more than all the knowledge you could gain. Action has always been powerful, but in a world distracted with knowledge, action is a superpower.

If you take 100% of what you confidently know, how much of it do you actually do and do well? 

Where are the gaps that you know but don’t do? Why? And when will you start closing them?
