For me, losing in a competitive game or even getting my teeth kicked in is more fun than not losing because I didn’t play. The challenge within a competition is what I’m after, and winning is a hopeful byproduct of competing well enough. If I can’t win, then I at least want to lose because that means I played. I didn’t hide behind my fear and doubt. I stepped into the arena and competed.
The time is now. Do the work.
