Sit on the mountain of average or embrace the chase?

People stuck on the mountain of average don’t want to accept or share risk. They want to be protected from it. Avoiding uncertainty, criticism, and discomfort are their primary goals.

Their life is built around escaping these things and deflecting them when they inevitably happen. They seek security through approval more than improvement. They measure success by acceptance more than achievements.

None of this is to criticize those who choose the mountain of average, but to honestly observe it and ask, “Is that life for me?”

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
