Nothing is preventing you from making progress. Nothing is stopping you from getting better in the areas you want.
It’s that you’re either not choosing, not acting, or not continuing to do the work.
Let me say that again. There’s nothing preventing you from making meaningful progress.
Is it hard sometimes? Absolutely.
Do you sometimes feel intimidated by the journey? I’m sure you do.
Are there stretches where it seems like nothing is getting any better? Of course.
These things challenge you and test you, but they don’t prevent you.
The responsibility rests on you not to prevent yourself in the face of what feels like adversity.
Everything is training for something. Do the work.
