Time for a breakthrough?

Each of these is valuable alone, but combined they provide you with the chance to make a significant breakthrough. If you answer these, they must be written down on paper. No exceptions. Not just thinking about them. Not typed on a phone or computer. Pen and paper only. If you’re going to do this, do it right.

  1. Write or rewrite your core beliefs and the behaviors that demonstrate them.
  2. Identify the top three distractions that waste your attention in your day-to-day life.
  3. Describe 20 moments from your past that significantly shaped who you are now and why you’re that way.
  4. Express five fears / insecurities that affect your decisions and actions.
  5. Clarify as many things in yourself as you can that you have total confidence in.

Some of these deserve more thought than others and will take more time. That’s ok. All you have is time.
