When you use E+R=O*, don’t weigh yourself down looking for the right response. Focus instead on eliminating a low-value response and acting on a high-value response. 

There isn’t a correct response you should do. There are responses that add value and ones that don’t, responses that raise standards and ones that don’t, responses that move you forward and ones that don’t.

Embrace the chase Do the work.
