Did you ask yourself yesterday’s questions? Let me clarify. What I mean is, did you actually ask and answer those three questions in a few meaningful areas of your life? If you didn’t, read the last line of this email. Then go back and read the last line of every DD I’ve ever sent you.
On Twitter yesterday, a DD reader screenshot the three questions and posted them with a comment (thanks Jesse!). He rightly added a fourth question: Is it worth it?
For me, it’s built into the third question: Am I willing? But Jesse is right. That question needs to be asked directly. So I’m making that change. It deserves its own spot because you need to be responsible for how you answer. And only you can answer that.
The only three questions that really matter have now become four. Adjust and adapt.
Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
