Choices and more choices

The common approach is not the path for you. Every form of greatness is uncommon. Whether it shows up as a husband or wife, mom or dad, 5th grade teacher, senior volleyball player, Division-1 coach, veteran fire-fighter, or small business CEO. Simple, but uncommon, disciplines are always the path to greatness.

  1. When it’s uncomfortable, keep practicing. How else will you get comfortable?
  2. When you can’t see progress, keep working. How else will you improve?
  3. When you’re losing, keep competing. How else will you start winning?

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
