Don’t carry negativity for anyone else

Someone else’s negative mindset and comments don’t mean anything to you. It’s not your issue, it’s theirs. They carry that with them, not you.

It doesn’t matter who it is, if they want that or need that, good luck to them with it. They will be them. You have to be you. Each person makes their own choice.

Let them carry the weight of their negativity. Don’t ever carry it for them just because they try to push it onto you. You don’t have to accept it or absorb it. You can flat out reject it.
