Birds don't understand how they fly. They just fly.

Horses don't understand how they run. They just run.

We don't understand where all of our emotions come from. We just feel.

Not every emotion needs to be understood. Sometimes, how we feel and why we feel that way need to wait backstage while we do what we must do.

Differentiate between contexts where you need to understand what's creating your emotions and contexts that need less emotional investigation and more direct action.

There are times for thoughtful reflection and times for disciplined action. Pay attention to context and respond accordingly.

The time is now. Do the work.
