You’ve heard me say here that there is no painless path. If you’ve watched any of my videos, then you know that the price of pursuing elite is high, but the cost of staying the same is even higher.
Every journey — both personal and professional — has hard decisions. We can try to avoid them, but that’s an empty effort. It ignores our responsibility to choose and it sacrifices the best parts of us.
The hardest decision of my early career comes today as I’ve decided to transition out of Focus 3 and begin a new approach for serving the communities I care about so much. Nothing here will change. Daily Discipline is and will continue to be the cornerstone of my focus and contribution to you. If anything, it will grow in priority and increase in value. I hope you stay with me for the exciting journey ahead.
