Great discipline starts with these 5 traits

I focus on five traits of my discipline.

Strong discipline gives me power.
Skilled discipline gives me quality.
Enduring discipline gives me consistency.
Flexible discipline gives me options.
Resilient discipline gives me recovery.

I want my discipline armed with strength, skill, endurance, flexibility, and resilience.

The more power I have over myself, the less other things control me. The higher quality I perform, the more value I create. The more consistent I am, the more I earn rare results.

The more options I have, the more situations I can succeed in. The better I recover, the more I learn and speed up my progress.

Each is within my reach. Each is my duty. Each carries a distinct advantage.

Brick by brick. Do the work.
