Here’s what simplicity CAN’T do.

Simplicity will save you time and energy but can’t save you from difficulty. It will be as difficult as it is. It will be as uniquely difficult for you as it is. Simplicity won’t change that, and neither will complexity.

Your choice is not between simple and easy or complex and difficult. Or the inverse — simple and difficult or complex and easy. It’s between simple and difficult or complex and even more difficult.

Don’t waste unnecessary time and energy because you’re drowning in complexity. Simplify so you can do what is difficult but necessary with stronger, more consistent discipline.

Brick by brick. Do the work.
