Systems do not solve problems. People solve problems.
Systems give people a better chance to solve problems, but every system requires its necessary input.
Systems only provide the structure. People provide the input.
If the input is weak or insufficient, even great systems produce weak output or nothing.
Reflect on what hasn't worked for you in the past. Did you supply significant input into the wrong system or weak input into the right system? Don't limit yourself to reflecting on just one situation. Reflect on a few.
You can use the lessons you learn from your reflection to improve the systems you commit to going forward and the input you invest into them.
