“I just can’t get in shape!”

You can go to the gym seven days a week and never get in shape.
You can read a book and never learn a thing.
You can gain years of experience and not get much better.

It’s not going to the gym that gets you in shape. It’s what you do in the gym.
It’s not reading that makes you learn. It’s what you do with what you read.
It’s not experience that makes you better. It’s what you do with your experience.

The average person goes to the gym, reads books, and has experience. Average effort leads to average work which produces average results. At best.

Do more than average. Do better than average. Raise your standard.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
