Indifference is the Enemy

We don't put effort into things we don't naturally feel strongly about or decide to care about. We don't struggle or put ourselves into discomfort for stuff we are indifferent about.

To bring something to life, nurture, protect, and preserve it, you must care deeply about it. This applies to anything: a dream, a relationship, a new skill, your team culture, changing a process, a habit, or a diet.

Shallow interest might as well be none. The commitment level is the same either way: insufficient.

Your care and commitment to something are not measured by the strength of your desire or your feelings on the inside but by how hard you work for it and how long you fight for it.

Indifference is the enemy.

The time is now. Do the work.
