Listen To Your Language

The language you use internally and externally plays a significant role in the experiences you have and outcomes you create. How? Well let’s map it out.

If you can change your language you can change your mind.
If you can change your mind you can change your decisions.
If you can change your decisions you can change your actions.
If you can change your actions you can change your outcomes.

Visualize that flow:
Language → Mind → Decisions → Actions → Outcomes

Now think strategically and reverse-engineer it:
Outcomes → Actions → Decisions → Mind → Language

The key to improved outcomes is obviously improved actions. You already know that. The insight here is that the entrance to improved actions is improved language.

Only use language that points your mind to make intentional decisions that drive disciplined actions. Then be patient to earn the outcomes you want.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
