Problems provide two good options

A friend of mine asked me yesterday, "What's the opposite of BCD? (Blaming, Complaining, Defensiveness)"

The opposite of BCD is resolution or resilience.

If there is a problem, or what people perceive as a problem, there are two directional options:

  1. If you can solve it → Resolution
  2. If you can't solve it → Resilience

What we want to prevent in ourselves, our families, and our teams is (1) using BCD as a solution and (2) BCD'ing about the same things over and over without resolving them, enduring what you can't resolve, or removing what you can't endure.

The better version of you doesn't BCD. It just doesn't.

Answer the call. Do the work.
